Mali, the tribe's "Sensei," as he is colloquially known, is a Swiss army knife when it comes to Technology, Business Strategy, Project Management, and Data Analytics. His reputation as a five-star general is a result of his leadership and tactical shrewdness. This think tank leaves no stone unturned when it comes to strategic execution.

In his Master’s Dissertation, he tapped into his inherent curiosity by blending insights from several domains, advocating for “the integration of data analytics and artificial intelligence in project management methods.” He has been building and reforming PMOs for more than a decade.

Ash is our technical extraordinaire and computer engineering aficionado, he has managed to leverage his Master’s in computer engineering and his tacit obsession for solving problems and has in a course of time gained experience in Data Analytics, Data Governance, and Machine Learning working in the Defense Industry, Scientific Research and Banking.

Some address him as “The Good Doctor”, some call him “Doc”, but actually, Frank should be called the Dalai Lama, because he leads flawlessly with the patience of a monk and his ever-calm persona has made him the “go-to” guy for young professionals seeking mentorship, coaching, and general advice in Project Management, Business Analysis, Energy, Utility space, etc.

He holds a PhD. in physics, and a certified PMP. He has over a decade in project management and more than 5 years in academia and research.

Lebo, as she is affectionately called, is the human equivalent of a high-powered hybrid sports car that is flawlessly engineered for the racetrack and off-road use. This lady fluently speaks brick and mortar infrastructure project management as well as zeros and ones geeky software project management.

She is a post grad alumni from Henley Business School, her experience in the banking industry exceeds a decade of analyzing requirements, building business processes, managing programmes worth over 100 million, one of which is a bank-wide key strategic programme which replaces a core banking infrastructure
